Restaurants & Fast-Food Chains
Project Details
Are major food distribution channels, providing consumers with either quick, convenient meals or more refined dining experiences depending on the establishment. Restaurants often emphasize culinary quality, customer experience, and menu diversity, while fast-food chains focus on speed, standardization, and affordable pricing. In Africa, both models coexist: on one side, traditional restaurants showcasing local cuisine, and on the other, the rapid growth of international and local fast-food franchises that meet the rising demand from urban and younger populations.
